At The Oyster Boys, we bring over 20 years of collective experience in Vancouver’s vibrant oyster bar community. Our passion for oysters and hospitality has shaped our journey, and we’re excited to share it with you.
Ryan spent nearly a decade growing and evolving as a server, bartender, shucker, and operations manager at some of Vancouver’s most reputable oyster bars.
Jim has honed his craft as a server, bartender, shucker, and bar manager, leading oyster programs at top oyster spots across Vancouver and Gibsons.
Collectively, we’ve competed in shucking competitions, expertly opened millions of oysters, and crafted high-end cocktails for bustling restaurants and unforgettable events. But what truly drives us is the joy and energy we bring to every experience.
